I live in Florida and we do not have the colorful, brightly colored you find in the northern states. Most of the residents are from up north or the elder generation. It is for sure some thing that will not be forgotten easily. We even have my favorite, which is a Birthday cake made out of flowers!! It is so pretty. We put pink , purple or yellow flowers on a oasis and put it on a cake stand with candles and a bright happy birthday pick in the middle!! That really is a clever piece to send especially when you know several people may be sending flowers to the same person. I have had siblings call in the same week and each would send some thing on a different day so all week long their special person had flowers delivered!! The neighbors were very envious!! How ever you do birthdays or get wells or just becauses……I hope you give some thoughts to sending floral gifts for the holidays and all your other occasions. Remember one size most defiantly fits all you will never mind them being returned to you and when they tell every one else what you gave them, they will for sure be saying it with a smile on their face for. I sent some to my aunt that was sick and did not get to see her until months later. The first thing she did was hug me and cry and say how much she really loved getting the flowers I sent to her. She said they lasted for three weeks and she looked at them every day and thought of me. You do not get that from other presents you send!!
