Mom and myself do the designing and you will speak to the same person every time, myself. The only thing added to the order is the delivery fee and tax.
It comes in a vase or basket and is delivered complete, no assembly required like some other places. We do not sub out our local work but we can call and have some of our approved florists deliver in different states if needed.
