The new port richey florist was founded in 1986, one of the first florists in New port richey. The city was pretty much orange groves and lime rock roads. The town has changed a lot since then and so has the florist. About a year ago my mother and I bought the florist on a new adventure. My mom has the a green thumb and I am very creative. We became a full service florist and and quickly started making our footprint with the locals. We found we were extremely good @ the funeral arrangements. We modernized but kept it traditional as well. We helped out the schools for the proms with corsage s in the latest colors for the teens of today.All in all it has been a very pleasant and humbling ride so far. Can’t wait to see what 2012 has in store for us. We are going to expand into custom silk arrangements for those special personalized gifts as well. A lot of people do not realize that we also have some rentals like the wishing well and candle stands for special occasions and we make custom baskets, fruit candy, toys, books, candles ect. Whatever you can put in a basket. Come in and see our gift shop with the @ home feel and colors to cheer everyone up! Don’t forget to say hi to mom (she likes that!)
