Gladiolas

Flower for funeral are very classy when they include gladiolas in them. They just make such impression in any floral arrangement. I started to grow them in my yard a couple of years ago and every spring I see the little spear popping out of the ground. I get so excited because I know that in a month or so there will be gorgeous purple red pink and orange glads in the garden. they last for a while and I was very surprised how well they grow in Florida.
Some times funeral flowers are all like the same and don’t stand out real well when you are there you see almost the same ones.
I love to mix them in and leave them very tall so you can see them from across a room. They look pretty just by themselves as well. If you want to add some beauty to your garden, give the glad bulbs a try, you may be pleasantly surprised at the out come!
